No. No, it isn't. It's very culturally biased, and is a measure more of knowledge than intelligence. That said, I'm definitely no genius, but I did get 29 of them. Took awhile, and I only kicked myself for one I was close on - the others I'd have never gotten, so meh, whatever. Oh and the second test claims it has no cultural bias, which is a huge load of crap.
